By accessing or using our website cocoage.ae, booking an appointment, or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website and refrain from booking Clinic services.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • “Clinic” refers to Cocoage Aesthetics Clinic LLC.
  • “Website” refers to cocoage.ae.
  • “Patient” / “Client” refers to any individual who books, uses, or intends to use Clinic services.
  • “Appointment” refers to any scheduled consultation, treatment, or procedure booked via the Website, phone, WhatsApp, or in person.
  • “Services” refers to any aesthetic, cosmetic, skincare, or wellness treatments provided by the Clinic.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of the Clinic or any third party.

You must not misuse the Website by introducing viruses, malicious code, or by attempting to interfere with its functionality or security.

4. Booking of Appointments

4.1 Appointment Request

Booking through the Website constitutes a request only and does not guarantee appointment confirmation.

4.2 Confirmation

An appointment is considered confirmed only after the Clinic contacts you via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

The Clinic reserves the right to modify or reschedule appointments due to:

  • doctor or therapist availability
  • operational requirements
  • medical or emergency circumstances

4.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

5.1 Patient-Initiated Cancellation or Rescheduling

Patients may cancel or reschedule an appointment once, provided that at least 24 hours’ prior notice is given before the scheduled appointment time.

5.2 Same-Day Cancellation & Repeated Rescheduling

Cocoage Aesthetics Clinic LLC maintains a strict policy against same-day cancellations and repeated rescheduling.

In the event of a second cancellation or reschedule, the scheduled treatment will be considered forfeited and deducted from the patient’s treatment package, as each session requires dedicated preparation, time, and clinical resources.

5.3 No-Show Policy

A “no-show” is defined as failure to attend a scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, despite reminders from the Clinic.

In the event of two (2) no-shows, one (1) treatment will be deducted from the patient’s treatment package as a penalty.

5.4 Clinic-Initiated Changes

If the Clinic must cancel or reschedule an appointment due to operational or medical reasons, the patient will be notified promptly and offered the next available appointment.

6. Fees, Pricing, Payment & Refund Policy

6.1 Pricing

Prices listed on the Website or communicated via phone, WhatsApp, or email may change without prior notice.

6.2 Payment

Payment for services is made in the Clinic only, using authorized payment methods (cash, card, or other approved channels). The Website does not process online payments.

6.3 No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of aesthetic and cosmetic services, all purchases are final.

The Clinic operates under a strict no-refund policy:

No refunds are provided after a purchase has been made, regardless of whether the treatment has been started or not.

No refunds apply to treatment packages, promotional offers, or discounted services.

Clients receive full and clear information about treatments and packages prior to payment.
By proceeding with payment, the client confirms understanding and acceptance of this policy, which is also acknowledged by signing the relevant consent and agreement documents at the Clinic.

6.4 Package Validity

All treatment packages are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing by the Clinic.

6.5 Installment Packages

For installment packages, the client agrees that the full package amount must be paid within one (1) month from the date of purchase or within the first to third visit, whichever comes first.

7. Medical Disclaimer

7.1 No Medical Advice on Website

The information provided on the Website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

7.2 Individual Results

Treatment results may vary based on individual conditions, medical history, and compliance with instructions.
No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

7.3 Consultation Requirement

  • doctor approval

The Clinic reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed medically inappropriate.

8. Patient Responsibilities

  • damages arising from failure to follow medical advice

10. Intellectual Property
