Refund & Cancellation Policy

COCOAGE AESTHETICS CLINIC LLC is committed to providing high-quality services to every client.
Refunds are not provided for any purchased services, packages, or discounted offers.

The Clinic strictly operates under a no-refund policy for:

Treatment packages

Promotional or discounted offers

Once a purchase has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, as clients receive full and clear information about treatments and packages prior to proceeding with payment.

Appointment Modifications

Appointments may be modified at any time up to the scheduled appointment time.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in cancellation, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

No-Show Policy

In the event of two (2) no-shows, defined as failure to attend a scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, despite reminders from the Clinic:

One (1) treatment will be deducted from the client’s treatment package as a penalty.

Same-Day Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

The Clinic maintains a strict policy against same-day cancellations and rescheduling.

One (1) cancellation or reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice, without penalty.

In the event of a second cancellation or reschedule, the scheduled treatment will be considered forfeited and deducted from the treatment package.

Each session requires dedicated preparation, time, and resources, and this policy ensures consistent service quality for all clients.

Package Validity

All treatment packages are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Installment Packages

For installment packages, the client agrees that the full package amount must be paid within one (1) month from the date of purchase or within the first to third visit, whichever comes first.

Acknowledgment

By proceeding with payment and booking services, the client confirms understanding and acceptance of this policy, which is also acknowledged by signing the consent and agreement documents at the Clinic.
